On 27 October from 13–18, the University of Tartu development conference “A university for us, Estonia and the world” took place in the university assembly hall and online. Keynote speakers were Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Kersti Kaljulaid and Kristina Kallas.

In September, a new round of the business development programme “From Science to Business!” starts, aiming to help researchers commercialise their research results.

In 2026, Delta Career Day will be held on 18 February at the University of Tartu Sports Club.

On 19 February, for the seventh time, the Delta Career Day will bring together companies, institutions, and students from the University of Tartu.

On 28 February, for the sixth time, the Delta Career Day will bring together companies, institutions, and students from the University of Tartu.

The Deputy Director-General of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs, Maive Rute will visit the University of Tartu.

The University of Tartu's biggest career expo – Delta Career Day – will be held for the seventh time on 19 February 2025.

For the fifth year, the Delta Career Day will take place on 2 March 2023.
