There is no deadline for registration. However, those who have not registered yet, almost certainly have no possibility to give a talk but they can participate at the poster session.

In the beginning of the colloquium, the registration desk will be open at the conference venue in Tartu, J. Liivi 2 (Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Tartu) on August 26, 18.00-20.00 and on August 27, 8.00-9.30.

Presentations

All ways of presentation of talk (blackboard, overhead projector, data projector) are possible. Also there will be a poster session. A normal size of the poster should be four A4 pages. Everybody wishing to give a talk or poster presentation should send an abstract to Valdis Laan (valdis.laan (at) ut.ee) by June 1, 2009. Banquet

The conference banquet on Thursday (August 27, 2009) will be held in the White Hall of the Museum of Tartu University History.

Fee

The colloquium is supported by the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Tartu. Therefore we hope to manage without asking conference fee from participants registered before June 1. This may change because of uncertainty of the economical situation in Estonia. In any case the fee will not be over 20 Euro which basically would cover the cost of the banquet. The students will not be subjected to the fee. If we have to introduce the fee, all participants will be informed.

Accommodation
